Since August, 28, 2006 The Centre of Legal Support functions in Otrar region (SKR). The main purpose of its activity is rendering of gratuitous competent juridical help to entrepreneurs and inhabitants of the region. Altogether 109 people applied for help, among them:

Re civil affairs - 28
Re property legalization - 19
Re land relations – 15
Re criminal affairs – 7
Re other legal questions.
Furthermore, the right – explanatory work is held in this region by means of monthly coverage over the Mass Media. Four meetings with business organizations of the region and representatives of farming have been conducted.
