The territorial Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Kazakhstan regionis the nonprofit, non-governmental organization consolidating individual entrepreneurs, legal entities on a voluntary basis for creating of favorable conditions for the development of enterprise activity, protection of entrepreneurs’ rights and interests.
SKR ТCCIis a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Presidium Regulation CCI RKNo 2 of 22.10.2005), performs its activity in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Chambers of Commerce and Industry” of 03.05.2005.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Chambers of Commerce and Industry” sets up the following SKO TCCI goals:
• Economy promotion • Protection and representation of entrepreneurs’ interests to state and local authorities as well as abroad • Integration into the world economic system, growth in exports of goods and services of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Modern industrial and trade structure formation • Entrepreneurial activities promotion
The new Law has allowed territorial chambers of commerce and industry:
• to get a special status of the separate business legal form of nonprofit organization; • to obtain legislatively the certain territory by each chamber; • to expand CCI system functions; • to carry out functions of representation and protection of entrepreneurs’ interests including small and medium business; • to pass on to international standards of activities of world chambers of commerce and industry, which work on the basis of special legislation and business customs.
We aspire to comply our inner standards and international requirements. We implement the very progressive technology of management, use innovations and know-how. The realization of these norms is required in qualitative teaching of personnel to present-day knowledge, skills and abilities.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Kazakhstan Region has qualified personnel for making their functions and tasks. Experts of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Kazakhstan Region are included to the list of experts of “The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Expert of CIS” system and “The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Expert of Kazakhstan”. Some specialists have more than 20 year practical experience of work in examination and evaluation.
So, we realize that it is necessary to improve professional level of specialists for the performance of tasks giving to us. The fast growth of economic branches directed to the accordance of qualitative service for consumers requires new skills and knowledge. Specialists of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Kazakhstan Region have professional training and improvement of qualification on the specific specializations in the examination of food, industrial goods, equipment, the examination of the country goods’ origin, market valuation of property and others regularly with this aim and also getting suitable certificates, qualifying certificates, certificates of experts-auditors.

in the educational centre “Kazexpertise” Ltd. under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in such directions as “Expertise of food and industrial goods, wood, raw material, materials, equipment and machines” (Almaty, April, 2006, March, 2008), “Expertise of petroleum products” (Almaty, March, 2008);
in the educational centre of improvement of qualification and retraining of personnel of NISM in such directions as “Expertise of food and industrial goods, equipment, raw material and materials”, “Expertise of definition of the country of goods’ origin” (Bishkek, March, 2008);
on the program “Valuation of property” Kazakhstan Association of Valuers (Almaty, October, 2008).
